The 240i StretchTrainer™ helps you complete an effective stretching regimen in only 10 minutes while seated comfortably. Improve flexibility, coordination and overall athletic performance by stretching daily, whether before or after a workout or as a start to your day in motion. An integrated instructional placard shows you eight essential stretches to target key muscle groups – lower back, hamstrings, gluteal/hips, hips/legs/back, inner thighs/groin, upper back, shoulders and quadriceps.

Stretching is so important in a proper warmup and cool-down for every workout. With the
240i StretchTrainer, exercisers are effectively positioned to deeply stretch their lower back,
glutes, quads and hamstrings without having to lay on the floor. 

It’s easy to slide into position on the cushioned seat and knee pads. The padded handlebars offer a comfortable grip as exercisers lean into each stretch.
